Artecity in Miami Beach is a project by Arquitectonica comprised of five buildings located just a few blocks west of the city's popular beaches and golf clubs. Besides its 61 units within the Governor building that offer one bedroom, you'll find 55 and 58 units within the two Artepark buildings, respectively. There are also eighteen townhouses and ten “junior suites” plus various retail.
In addition to the retail, amenities at the Artecity condo include a pair of pools with accompanying cabanas, beach services, a modern fitness center with an accompanying spa, plus outdoor spaces that provide the aesthetic thanks to fountains and gardens. Several of the units within Artecity are decorator ready and you also have the option of upgrading to a two or three bedroom condo. Floor to ceiling windows, stainless steel appliances and private rooftop terraces within the penthouse are among the residential features.
The Miami Beach Golf Club, the Bayshore Golf Course, the Miami Beach Convention Center, these are some of the places near Artecity. About three or four blocks to the east are the beaches that extend north and south into areas like South Beach which is home to Ocean Drive. The Fillmore is also a few blocks south of Artecity and is often used as a concert venue by popular music acts. If you take Washington Street to the south you'll also find Lincoln Road.
