Ines Tasting Menu at Her Favorite Miami and Beach Restaurants:

#1 Joe’s Stone Crab:

This is the temple of all restaurants and perhaps the oldest running establishment in town on its 102 seasons. No visit to Miami is complete without a visit to Joe’s. My favorites here are:

Cole slaw (one of a kind recipe) and/or fried asparagus.

Jumbo or Large stone crab

Sesame seared tuna i(Outstanding, if you have cannot the stone crab due to allergies)

Key lime pie (Best in the world!)

Reservations are honored only for large parties of 10 or more:

#2 Prime 112:

Always a good scene with excellent food.

The best shrimp cocktail in town. The shrimp are so large that one could be enough, but you can order as many as you would like.

The double wedge salad with creamy blue cheese dressing is divine. Or try the organic field mixed greens salad with walnuts & apple.

The NY strip steak is my favorite here, but no matter what you order you will not be disappointed. Everything on the menu is superb!

The best Kobe beef Hot Dog in town, which is great for lunch. Though large enough that you could share.

Reservations are required:

#3 Meat Market:

A Lincoln Road eatery, with the best steak in town (in my opinion). The Buffalo Steak, medium rare. As tender as a filet mignon but better taste and consistency. Only go to eat the Buffalo Steak. The rest of the menu is above average, but the Buffalo Steak is outstanding.

Reservations are recommended.

#10 Drunken Dragon - Newest Korean Restaurant in Town

1424 Alton Road

Miami Beach, FL 33139

Phone:(305) 397-8556

The guys at Foxhole bring us Drunken Dragon, an Asian Korean BBQ fusion restaurant located on Alton rd. Don’t look for a sign to let you know you are there because you won’t see one. Once inside, it's a dimly lit and beautiful space with a bar to welcome you. The cocktails have a Polynesian theme, these guys are fusing everything. The Mai Tai and cherry gin cocktails were good. Also, the bartender was great at explaining all of the cocktails and making them too

My favorite dish here:

Peking Bao: Duck, chicken skin, scallion, cucumber, hoisin
